Through personal interactions with space, I record my experiences and memorialize objects of (in)significance found along park trails. I am interested in questioning the relationships between printmaking and the natural sciences, the history of park systems in North America, and methods of sustainability such as "leave no trace" principles.

Anna Graves is a print-based artist currently living in Philadelphia, PA. She grew up in Ottawa, Ontario and studied in Nova Scotia where she earned a BFA in Fine Art from NSCAD University. She is now in the final semester of her MFA at the Tyler School of Art and Architecture.

In her art practice, Graves investigates traces of human mediation with the environment. She explores identity and ecology through printmaking, time-based media, and sculpture.
