Art is communication. Art sends messages we can’t speak and allows us to project upon. In art, we learn the rules so that we know how to break them. We create to release and experience.

Reygn Long
Art Therapy ‘23
Reygn is a non-binary artist who grew up the oldest of four in central Pennsylvania. They discovered their love of art early in life when it became a type of escape for them and a tool to express what they did not feel safe talking about to others. Their art is a reflection of their thoughts and experiences. Originally they were going to either pursue fashion or neuroscience but when they were taking a psychology course, they fell in love with the mind itself and started down that avenue, ending in art therapy where they can help others express themselves.
