Dani Deal
My experience and relationship with art and artmaking has and will continue to develop throughout the course of my life. Through engaging with the creative process, I am able to express myself freely as well as explore my emotions and process my life experiences. Creating art is a therapeutic outlet, an action in which I am able to ground myself, materialize my thoughts, and learn about myself and the media. My art has never been focused on technicality or the end product, rather I create based on the fact that it makes me feel truly alive. My art is exploration. My art is experimentation. My art is inner expression. My art is me.
