When creating art, I allow my soul to guide me throughout the entire process. Every piece I make whether it’s through some lenses or through some pens, describes me in some way, shape, or form. I believe when individuals create art they are creating a story not with words but with feelings by adding color, texture, and shape. I tend to gravitate towards elements that can be found in nature when creating because that’s where I feel most calm and happiest. I use my art making process as a therapeutic process to release my feelings onto something I can visually see and sometimes share. My collection is very diverse and I plan to continue to expand my knowledge of materials for this field.
